Knives with synthetic or stainless handles (incl those with riveled handles) are dishwasher safe ( at 55 C ). We recommend cleaning by hand as the more gentle option and wooden or synthetic cutting boards. Always use a sharpening steel as they have been made to match the blades and will guarantee an optimum result.
