Do you have a store or is it only online?
Yes, we have our showroom located at L1-130 Grandpass Road, Colombo 14.
What are your payment options?
We accept in-store cash and credit card payments both in-store and online. Payment can be made in full prior to delivery of goods or cash to be arranged at delivery. We have easy payment plans using credit cards from all major banks from 6, 12 and 24 months. We also have partnered with Mintpay to provide instalment schemes for debit card holders.

Delivery Service
Do you have free delivery?
Yes, we offer free island wide delivery for payments made upfront, either via the website or a bank transfer.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do. A delivery charge is added if you opt to the cash-on-delivery.
How long does delivery take?
If the item is in stock in our warehouse, we can provide next day delivery (subject to area). Otherwise, it takes 2-3 business days.

Do you sell spare parts?
Yes, we do on most items- please contact us to advise on the availability of the part you need.
What should I do if I have a faulty appliance?
You can bring in your item to our main showroom and we will get it fixed. Depending on the issue, it may take from 1-3 days. Alternatively, you can also courier the item and inform us of the issue as well.
What should I do if something goes wrong with my appliance?
If an appliance you have bought from us requires a service – either in or out of warranty, you can call our servicing hotline on 078 666 7777.
