RETURNS POLICY DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY
Kitchen Warehouse will replace any good/s that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To confirm the damage, we require a photographic evidence. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 48 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include the following information:

A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card, paypal account, or transfer money into your bank account.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. All refunds are processed within 3-4 working days by kitchenwarehouse.lk. Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which kitchenwarehouse.lk cannot be held liable.
WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR FAULTY ITEMS
At Kitchen Warehouse, we know that after sales support is very important and we have a dedicated Claims Officer who is available during business hours to assist you with any product related questions or concerns. Warranty periods and rules will vary and are at the discretion of the Kitchen Warehouse. At Kitchen Warehouse we will do everything we can to help you with your warranty claim and act on your behalf with the brands.
In some cases, an image is sufficient for a warranty claim and in other cases the brands require us to get the product back from you for assessment. If this is the case, the faulty item is returned to Kitchen Warehouse at cost to the customer. We will arrange for the cost of returning the product to you. If the product is deemed to be misused and not faulty upon assessment by the brand distributor or owner, you as the customer will need to bear the shipping costs of returning the item to us and then back to you which is our courier’s standard return shipping rate.
CHANGING A PROCESSED ORDER
All processed orders cannot be changed, amended or cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse or after 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your order confirmation email carefully which will be sent to your nominated email address to ensure all information is correct. Should you need to make any changes to your order, it must be notified within 24 hours of placing your order by calling 070 666 7777. After the 24 hours’ time frame no changes or cancellations are permitted.
